new idea
to start focusing on good habits
focus on one meal a week.
week 1: breakfast. I bought ingredients for oatmeal, omelets, and I bought yogurt. my goal is to have one full week of nutritious breakfasts.
week 2: lunch. add a balanced, protein+veggies+carbs meal.
week 3: dinner. protein+veggies.
week 4: snacks.
so in one month, I should be used to well balanced, 6-meal days, adding one gooe habit at a time.

- I can eat everything of it is homemade, or else choose products with the simplest ingredients
- 3tbs chia seeds/day
- Protein shake in the morning: (1cup almond or soy milk, 1tbs olive oil, chia seeds, 1portion of fruit, protein mix)
- 1 or 2 handfuls of nuts/day
