My perfect lunch. I could eat this combo every day. Chicken breast, brussel sprouts with balsamic & parmesan, apple, homemade apple-ginger kombucha and toast with 1/2 an avocado.

The Mind Muscle connection has completely changed the way I workout in the gym. I wish I had practiced this years ago. I now enjoy decreasing the weight in favor of more controllable amounts to help activate the correct muscles groups.
