Correction to weight; going by bare weight on home scale, the one I've always used as opposed to the scale at work (which was measured with clothing and shoes.)
Things are going well with getting back on point. I'm resisting the sweets, eating within parameters and on schedule, getting my exercise in, and getting my sleep in.
Here's to staying focussed, motivated, and determined!
Weigh-in:
184.0 lb
lost so far:

This has been one of the best football weekends EVER! Go Niners!!
And on that note, I ate whatever the hell I wanted while watching. Gahdammit. You know how it goes. But at least I think I've gotten all of the unhealthy cravings out of my system, so now I can really focus on trimming up. The goal today is to keep it protein oriented and avoid sugars/carbs, jog/run 5 miles to sweat off the glycogen stores, and hit up some weights at home.
Easing into it nice and easy >=)

Getting back into things requires that intial adjustment phase which includes that first major soreness! Love it, baby!

Transitioning back into the low carb eating style smoothly. Still had some curly fries at lunch yesterday and couldnt resist some peanut m&ms, but other than that, I did well. Today should be even better.
The homeworkout last night
warm up: Jumping jacks, Butt-kicks, Standing knee-raises, 25 burpees
superset x3: Chest, shoulders, delts, abs
Todays goal: increase focus and determination, decrease complex carbs and sugars, increase protein, behave at happy hour after work, drink more water, and throw in back and bis workout if not hammered.
