Wow, It's been a while since I've been on here. Hopefully all my buds on here are doing well and meeting your goals. If you're not meeting your goals, it's ok, I've been slacking off too!
So let's see. I must be around 210 or 215 ish. My legs are in killer shape with all the mt biking I've been doing here. Buuuuuuuut, I've had little to no discipline when it comes to the food intake. And we all know, dietary choices are up to 80% of the fat-loss equation!
So it looks like it's been a year or so since I've been on here. During that time I've continued with my air force flying career. Totally blows away my previous jobs. It's a huge challenge everytime I fly, but totally worth it. I've been all over the world, deployed to the middle east (with another deployment coming up in November), and had a blast doing it all. I've taken some gopro footage if you'd like to check it out. Some vids are over Afghanistan, Iraq, gulf of aden, and off the California coast. I'm not the guy (or gal) in the back controlling the boom for refueling in the vids. I sit up on the flight deck during the aerial refueling.

Lack of exercise, working strange hours, lack of sleep, and eating "gas station food" has not helped my physique. With a cruise one month away and a tight flight suit, it's time to get back to my old tried and true healthy ways...
