So... Just got back from the gym where I received "The Speech" from one of the trainers. Mind you, he wasn't my trainer (I didn't have one. I learned everything from youtube, research, and watching them.). ANYwhoo.. It went a little something like this, "I can't believe you let go. What happened? You were doing so good. You went such a long way in such a short time. I wasn't the only one bragging on you and rooting for you...". I tell ya a 13lb gain doesn't sound like much, but when it comes from inflammation caused by eating $#*! it looks to be twice as much. No, I'm not perfect & no one is. Kinda made me feel like crap for a minute, but then I put my big girl panties on and got a STRONG workout in. At least I know where I can go, what to do, and how long it will take me to get there.
Then, I get home and my well water pump has gone out and the hubby is out of town, so now I get to go work on that. It's ok though, because I have learned to dance through the fire. ;)
