I ate poorly this weekend and I didn't weigh myself this morning, only because I forgot. I will be continuing my nightly workout routine when I get home tonight (didn't do it the past few days...oops). Also, I bought different appetite suppressant pills that burn belly fat. Fingers crossed in hopes that they work!

Went out to dinner last night... which is probably why I am up a pound. BOO! Oh well... at least it's not terrible. I still plan to workout when I get off from work today (even though it's Friday) and then workout while my fiance is out on a shoot tomorrow morning. :) Hopefully the weather will be nice enough that I can go on a walk or something. We'll see.

So... this morning I weighed myself and I was SO happy to look down at the scale and see 132.2 pounds. I don't think I was 137 pounds to start, but it was close. I had weighed myself on Sunday and that's the weight I used when I signed up for FS (on Tuesday afternoon). I've been working out after work the past few days and eating little (and healthy) meals (and snacks). I've been pretty consistent. I hope it lasts and I can continue and lose what I need to. No... I'm SURE I can. :)
