How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I weigh myself every couple of days. It’s very discouraging when you don't see a loss, however, because the body is so temperamental, it helps to know that maybe you are not drinking enough water, eating to much (or to little) or eating the wrong things. As long as you are journaling, you can figure out what is going on. In my mind, if I only weigh once a week or once a month, then if there is a gain, I have lost a lot of time which is even more discouraging…
