I'm 40 years old. I live in Charleston, SC. I've been married for 20 years to a great guy and have two beautiful daughters. I'm a Retail Store Manager dedicated to my job for 50-65 hours per week. I injured my back in February this year and I get less and less exercise because of my restrictions. I have went from 170 lbs to my current tipping of the scales @ 209 lbs. I have tried the Akins plan before and was able to keep myself at a comfortable weight. I need to get back into the swing of changing my eating habits for good this time. I hope to find some great tips and support on here. Looking forward to starting over for the last time :)
