LAST NIGHT, I weighed myself: 157...but it was on an empty stomach and an INTENSE 3 hour workout. Whats going onnn???!!?
Let me tell you, I did hot yoga (bikram yoga) last night for an hour, then followed up with cardio kickboxing. IT WAS EXHAUSTING but great, I felt cleansed, and worked OUT! The hot yoga was amazing, I suggest everyone, who is medically cleared, to do it! I sweat soooooo much. I went in with some frustration on my heart and in my mind, and left feeling very calm. cardio kickboxing was just a solid workout; as a matter of fact the lady that I did DanceJam with on tuesday who was waaaay too energetic for her age, was like a white lady in her 50's FIT, she was doing all the traditionally black old dances, roger rabbit, hammer, round house, etc I MEAN she was GETTING IT, poppin her booty-it was fascinating--HER daughter taught the cardio kickboxing class last night, and of course she is FIT and FUN just like her mom.
So last night I think I burned somewhere close to 1000 calories.

QUESTION FATSECRET FREINDS: still feeling consistently dissatified with my weight. I KNOW I have stopped eating a lot and I hate that I can't LOSE A pound to save my life. Soooo....buuuut,
Can you look at what I am eating and tell me what am I doing wrong? I try to really cut a lot of corners as far as not going over calories but still allowing myself to induldge as times and other time just make sure I am contently full.
Please tell me.

Feeling very discouraged. My wieght is 164, I'm not going down at all, although this is my third week working out atleast 3 times a week. I can tell I'm toning up, but it's not changing on the scale.
Yesterday I went over my RDI, which means I just burned a cheat day yesterday, which I would have used over the weekend.
Just feeling discouraged. BUT, I won't stop. I'm not working out tonight, but I am tomorrow, hot yoga, and then Saturday, barbell strength.

Ok, I think the night I weighted myself at 158, was a straight up fluke, but IDK how it happened. I also think I am putting on more muscle than actually looooosing wieght. I dont feel discouraged at all. Last night I thought we were going to Carrino's and we ended up at Bonefish, all part of his plan ;) and I actually made a better food decision at bonefish (I LOOOOVE THEIR TILAPIA!)

Good Morning Good Morning Good Morning!
Happy Valentines Day.
This weekend, I went over on my RDI but, I think it's ok to do that once a week. Keep you level headed.
Worked out this weekend, Barbell strength class-saturday AM, and Zumba yesterday with one of my friends.
This week, I'm taking DanceJam tomorrow, may do the stairmaster for 10-15 minutes just to really get my heart going, and Wednesday, I'll do something, IDK yet, Thursday---wait for it----I am sooo excited HOT YOGA! :)
I think that was a fluke, my wieght being 158 that night, buuuuut I am losing. I wieghted myself one time this past weekend and I was 161. But I'll do it offically tomorrow morning when I wake up.
