LAST NIGHT, I weighed myself: 157...but it was on an empty stomach and an INTENSE 3 hour workout. Whats going onnn???!!?
Let me tell you, I did hot yoga (bikram yoga) last night for an hour, then followed up with cardio kickboxing. IT WAS EXHAUSTING but great, I felt cleansed, and worked OUT! The hot yoga was amazing, I suggest everyone, who is medically cleared, to do it! I sweat soooooo much. I went in with some frustration on my heart and in my mind, and left feeling very calm. cardio kickboxing was just a solid workout; as a matter of fact the lady that I did DanceJam with on tuesday who was waaaay too energetic for her age, was like a white lady in her 50's FIT, she was doing all the traditionally black old dances, roger rabbit, hammer, round house, etc I MEAN she was GETTING IT, poppin her booty-it was fascinating--HER daughter taught the cardio kickboxing class last night, and of course she is FIT and FUN just like her mom.

So last night I think I burned somewhere close to 1000 calories.
