I don't have an appetite today. So, I still didn't eat yet. I think it's because of the Hydroxycut that I've been taking. 2 pills twice a day.

So my dance cardio was cut short to 13 min because my little one decided to wake up early from her nap. I'll try to do 20 min of dance cardio before bed.

My daughter. My first and only child lol. I love her so much. I'm getting fit not only for myself, but for her too.
I read an article on www.helpguide.org. It was titled," The Mental Health Benefits of exercise." It stated that exercise can help anxiety, depression, and stress. WHICH ARE THINGS I SUFFER FROM, and I've noticed a huge difference since exercising. I recently I started going back to therapy to better myself and also help me with my confidence. Going to therapy, taking meds, and exercising has made a huge change on me. I've been seeing a huge difference already. I'm also trying to stay positive, and I've been memorizing motivational quotes to tell myself everyday. It really helps! Anyway, I can't wait to start the two hundred sit-ups challenge tomorrow. I'm feeling happy, and I'm feeling motivated. I have to get to my goal wait by the summer. It would just make me so happy.

So, I updated the Two Hundred Sit-ups Challenge forum. I was going to change the challenge start date so I can get more people to join, but I'm not sure how to do it. So the challenge is starting tomorrow. For those who are interested in joining the challenge, please check out the challenge's forum so you can be ready to start the challenge tomorrow. Also, I'm looking for other admins. I'm new to this forum thing.
