Day 3 of the sit-ups challenge. I actually started the program in "Week 3" because of my initial sit-ups test results. So, today I'm on "Week 3, third column."
Here's what I have to do:
SET 1: 32
SET 2: 42
SET 3: 30
SET 4: 30
SET 5: max: at least 45
Seems a little challenging, but I always surprise myself. Wish me lucky guys lol
