Somehow I’ve been losing weight while eating junk and not exercising. Still, It’s time to get back on track; while my maybe metabolism is a little faster

By the way, I’m taking hydroxycut. It helped my in the past. So I’m going to try again. Woke up super late today. Just took the hydroxycut. Now, I’m going to do some cardio before I do my floor exercises. Then I’m going to eat. Haven’t ate yet. Not going to eat any high carbs or deserts. It’s so tempting when you work on a restaurant. I’m not sure how much I weigh right now. Have to get my scale from my old apartment.

So today is butt, lower back, and thighs day. I feel like this whole week should be butt, lower back, and thighs day for me lol. I hate my thighs and butt.

soooooo disappointed in myself. I've been stressed and feeling drowsy everyday. so I haven't been working out. I got down to 208, and now I'm at 218. it's only been a month. how did i gain 10 pounds in one month?
