Dear Horribly Named Website,
I am beginning an uphill journey with you after a call from my doctor. I took a blood test yesterday and the results were not friendly. I shouldn't have expected much better. My cholesterol is high, very high and I am young. I am very glad to be able to take the chance to fix it early, but all the changes that I'll have to make are not so exciting. She wants me to work out three times a week and eat leafy green veggies. I hate vegetables.I really don't like many at all. I'm a busy college student going to school and working full time.....my cholesterol doesn't care. So life goes on. My goal is to loose about 35lbs and lower my cholesterol in the process. I'm nervous. I'm undeniable scared of failure. I gotta do something though. So Here It Goes.
