First time I have ever made fish tacos - turned out really delicious! I’m definitely making this again. I only ate 1/2 of the food, the other half I’m taking to work for lunch tomorrow.

Today I’ve had 1567 total calories, burned 1463 calories. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong - am I supposed to try to balance the proteins, fats, carbs and calories??
Fats: 80.21
Carbs: 166.78
Prot: 58.44
RDI: 82% (what is this???)
Cal: 1567
I walk a lot so my steps have been 2569 and will be a little more before I got to sleep tonight. I’m not really walking anywhere - more so just pacing. I walk more when I’m at work, but I’m off work this weekend. Monday is weigh in day. Maybe I should be doing a cleanse on the weekends? Does that even work? Any suggestions. On how to make my body give up its fat storage so I can start losing more the .4 pounds a week?
