Today was my first time at the gym this year. I was felling very unmotivated, but I went anyway. If I wait until I’m motivated, I’ll never go. 1 hour. I’m committed to 1 hour at the gym everyday for the next 30 days. Ok, I may take a day off here and there. Just doing cardio for now, to get into the habit of going. 35 min walking on the treadmill, 10 min climbing on the stair stepper (I almost died 😂 - I’m so out of shape) but I’m feeling accomplished 😊👊

Finding out by looking at my diary that I snack a lot. Most of my daily calories come from snacking. It’s hard for me to have a proper lunch. My work doesn’t allow me much time for that (I’m an independent contractor in the cleaning business). I usually eat in the car, while driving from one job to the next. I’ll have to figure out a way to incorporate lunch, or maybe change strategies altogether and simply fast. The latter would be rather difficult as my job is physically demanding. If anyone has any ideas, they are more than welcome!!
