Well, tomorrow is weigh in day - hope the scale is kind. Even if it is not the weight drop I am hoping for, I can feel the changes even though it has only been 10 lbs in the last 2.5 weeks. I have more energy and am able to move better - feeling more comfortable in my body. I am blessed to have a husband who has loved me at 321 lbs (my heaviest) and has loved me through every pound lost and gained again. I just want to be healthy. I have lost so much to this stupid eating addition...a hip (had to be replaced at the age of 55), two months of my life spent in a hospital for an intestinal resection due to diverticulitis. I have spent SO many years unhealthy I am just sick to death of it. I pledge to continue with a positive attitude and prayer when it just gets too hard. It's a blessing coming to this page daily and seeing that I am not alone in my struggle.
