Taking back my control. The last couple of years have been really hard, ate more moved less. I have never weighed this much in my entire life. Grew up skinny, never dreamed I would have a weight problem. For me it is all about attitude. When I am on track, I lose. When I make excuses, I gain it back. I refuse to settle. This is not me. 5 years in a row. I did a marathon on a marine base obstacle course. I love it. I will go again next year. But I will be in great shape too! I know my calories by heart for the foods I eat the most. Some things are very easy for to do, like drinking LOTS of water. I never use salt, or sugar on anything. I do believe we can eat anything in moderation once inawhile if a small serving. Portions are key. I am doing this for ME alone to prove to myself I can be fit again. I would welcome buddies who want to succeed too that would show up daily to be accountable. Doesn't matter where we start, as long as we finish.
