this will be day three of taking two D4 pills a day. I can certainly tell a difference, I dont really feel a need to nap in the day time.

Okay, so here's to hoping this is what helps me to become more motivated and going. My boyfriend and I got some D4 pills by Cellucor. today will be day one of starting them with two pills a day for a week to see how they will affect me before taking more a day. With all the stress and school work, I need something to keep me awake through out the day, besides just wanting to sleep it away. Also today will start my, no more energy drinks....

I need help, so bad =[ I dont know where to go, where or how to even start. ive been trying to lose weight with a friend but hes just as bad as me. Theres no motivation or discipline/willpower. Im in college with no job, I get basically 1 or 2 meals a day. when I eat, its not always the right thing and the lack of more meals Im always tired and uninterested in exercising.
