Hey Buddies!
Sorry I've been MIA! Hubby is gone to Baltimore for the week (theater closing & upgrades). It's just me, myself, I and 5 kids. Our day begins about 5:30 a.m. I wake up the 1st grader and the Kindergartner. Of course the 2 and 3 year old get up too. I begin getting them ready for school. By 6:30 - me and 4 kids are heading to the bus stop to wait on the bus for 2 of them. I come back home and finish getting the 3 year old ready and the Headstart Bus arrives about 6:55 to pick him up. At 7:15 the 13 year old heads to the bus stop and its just me and the 2 year old whose favorite 2 words are Cereal mama? I've had to totally rearrange my schedule and kids naps to make sure I get everybody where they are supposed to be on time. The Head Start bus gets here @ 12:15 to drop off the 3 year old. I jump in the car with the 2 & 3 year old and head to get in the Kindergarten pickup line by 12:30. (School gets out @ 1:00) The hold time I am talking to them trying to keep them from going to sleep in the car. (Doesn't work). OK pick up the 5 year old and head home. Start homework and I fix lunch for the 2 year old (who is cranky because I woke him up)and by 3:20 we head to the bus stop to meet the 1st grader. At 3:30 I get a text message from the 13 year old that she is indeed on the bus (Praise God) and is heading home. If all of this is not enough - I still have to cook. LOL - I never cook.
Anyway - so what have you been doing? LOL
Talk with you soon. Gonna lay it down now. 5:30 will be here before I know it.
