I have never felt better both physically and emotionally. I was cleaning house yesterday and didn't ache and pain every time I needed to get on my knees, my heart has been singing songs of joy and a smile has been on my lips.
Even thou I gained and went up between yesterday and today I know I followed my calorie counts, and I know I wasn't inactive all day so it hasn't bothered me. Not every day can be a loss no matter how much I wish otherwise.

Another day, another period of no loss. It's been hard to get motivated and I have often thought about giving up. I want to better myself, I want to be healthier and able to do more, and that is why I continue to push. Incel has always led to overeating, and lack of motivation and I am trying so hard to kick that in the butt. To man up and nip that side of me. I should be doing this for myself because I want to and I know it, but that is causing such an inner battle between thoughts.
