I haven't been watching my weight for months now and it's really catching up to me. I feel like crap. I have heartburn
all
the time! I feel like my hair is getting dryer and my nails are weaker and I feel like my chest hurts sometimes, but who knows, that could just be in my head. Now whenever I eat well during the day I don't sleep well at night. I have weird dreams and I'm just riddled with guilt. I seriously think that my problem is I am afraid of failure so I don't even attempt to change anything. Isn't that ridiculous? If anyone else told me that that's what their problem was I would tell them they are crazy, however I know that's my issue.

I woke up a little earlier this morning and did one of those walking videos on Exercise on Demand. I feel pretty good! Don't know why but I thought I would actually keel over from doing any sort of physical activity for the first time in a long time :-P
