It's been a long time and I've been through so much change. The change took me away from my goals but for health I am going to get back on track.

I haven't eaten much meat in the past two days, so I need to make up for it today.

I was wearing size 11 (juniors), but I fit into an 8 medium in the Women's section when I went clothes shopping on Saturday. I'm not sure if that's a good thing or not but I could fit into smaller clothes than before.

I missed last weeks weigh in, but currently I'm at 135. I think my body shape has changed for the better though. I'll have to check my waist/hip ratio.
