Unbridled, its just kind of a geeky term to use when one realizes they missed something really obvious or did something really stupid etc. Its a written visual of putting your hand/palm to your face with that groan of 'nooo way!' But that pic of Capt. Jean-Luc that liv001 linked to captures it best.

Looking for buddies
Hi! This is my second (or third I guess) time doing the low carb lifestyle. The first time I lost 50 lbs and had so many health improvements. Then got pregnant nearly back to back, had two sons in 16 months. It has been a battle this time round.
However, after the initial hump it gets so much easier. Cravings pass, food takes on less importance -- which really is a good thing. Humans are very food-centric. Rather than looking at food as something our body requires to carry us through this life, we begin to see food as a source of pleasure and comfort.
I'm here for you too, feel free to friend me or whatever. *hugs* You can totally do this.

Diffence in carb values
I didn't know about the ability to change settings at first, thought it was a pain to subtract the fiber then found it finally *facepalm* - now I love this thing more than ever!
