thanks for the pep talk. im not on any fad diets i just keep my calories low and workout but it is so slow when i was working i never had problems i was big but not obese like i feel now. i was 260 now about 340.Iv been in school instead of full time job as a carpenter concrete worker and i just keep getting bigger. im starting to increase the duration of my workouts. so hopefully i will see some resuls.

ARRRRRRRRRRRGGGHHHH!!!!!!!!!
I try and try but im so tired and hungry all the time and i quit smoking and i feel stuch at over 330 lbs i have never been this big in my whole life or had any trouble maintaining a normal weight!!!!!!!!! considering going to a weight loss doctor becase nothing i try seems to worl
