Great day today...I have officially clipped the 20lb to go mark. I had a great leg workout doing 540, 630, 675, & 700lbs 10 times for my last set on the leg sled.....Hit the Arc-Trainer for 15 minutes after a leg workout, needless to say my legs feel like Jello. I even ate healthy all weekend and stayed right around 2400 calories....Feeling great!

Spending the day with my son today....looks like I am actually going to take the day off from the gym....but you better believe I will be there tomorrow. One day off is plenty! Hope everyone is having a great weekend.
