Thanksgiving.....ugh....once you have 3 pieces of pie in 2 hours, all food logging is pretty much out the window....going to weigh in tomorrow morning and see how bad this was...on a side note, pie totally counts as bulking food right?

Put carbs back in my diet was around 130-150 grams a day and now am closer to 220 a day. Calories was around 2000-2100 now around 2500. This has in turn allowed me to carry more water and actually makes me look more muscular than I was before. I started feeling flat and tired prior to last weeks weigh in. Now I can actually get an awesome pump lifting and don't feel run down all the time. I may be +4 for the week but I still see it as progress because I look 10-15 lbs heavier and leaner at the same time.

started back on creatine last week.....was weighing between 215 - 220 all last week.....seem to have adjusted to the water retention.

went out to eat at Ryans last night....buffets = bad...well we will see...still managed to stay around 3000 for the day so not too bad...should help with leg day today....felt crazy fat last night but feel great today so maybe i am a little low on my calories during workout days....we'll see
