I'm off to a great start. I've been off to a great start so many times in my life I can't count. For whatever reason I feel good about the Abs Diet. I'm still trying to think of things I can eat like for breakfast and snacks but I'll figure it out. I'm glad to have an online community to have in case of emergency LOL
