All of my life I was a skinny girl, like perfect weight looks great, eats whatever she wants, never has to exercise... I'm not that girl anymore. 42 years old, 206 lbs and very low energy is not a fun place to be.
I'm not looking to lose all of the weight at once, it took me some time to gain it so it'll take some time to lose it. I have had great luck with calorie restriction and finding substitutes for the things that I love instead of trying to go without. Finding a sustainable way to move forward is important... I know how to lose weight, I have successfully done it before with ease, what I need to work on is keeping it off.
