I'm struggling with recording the nutritional value of the meals I make. Since I like it I will eat it again and make it a meal in the cookbook. My smoothie recipes are catching up with me as well. I have to keep trying to get it all logged.

I'm so emotional today. Living is hard. I don't think I'm going to be successful this week. I'm going to try my best to drag myself out of this but this time around today going to the lake and just walking in and staying there looked very inviting. I'm glad my son slept late today. I was able to have a smile for him. I am only alive for him. I'm afraid that one day that won't be enough. If that day occurs I hope he's strong enough to survive.
On a brighter note, the no tomato sauce was a hit. My son got to have a great vegan spaghetti experience. We used beyond meat brand ground to make no meat balls, violife vegan mozzerella and cheddar cheese and barilla angel hair whole wheat pasta. His dad loved it too.
First photo is roasted veggies used to blend the sauce (red bell pepper, red onion, garlic, carrots, fresh basil, parsley and oregano, jalapenos, avocado oil spray. I laughed at myself so hard because I thought what did you think people and companies did to get sauce. LMAO!!! It smelled so good cooking. I now wonder why I never tried to make it in the past.

Today's workout was BOSS LADY MODE!!!! (well for me at least hahahaha) I almost didn't do it because my TV app was malfunctioning so I had to use my laptop instead.
The highlights for me are by the time it was over completed:
6 sets 30 second planks
3 sets 30 second wall sits (one with 10pd weight)
3 sets 30 sec bridges (held in place)
3 sets 30 second bridges with 10 pd weight (lifting up and down)
3 sets (on each side) 30 second side planks

Alright, I'm done brushing my shoulder off. hehehehe

OH MY GOODNESS!!!!! I just had a crazy battle in my bathroom with a rogue house centipede. LOL!!! It was so crazy. I was sitting there minding my business playing a game on my phone and I looked up and thought I saw a shadow move. Next thing I know it dove off the top of the curtain. It landed on the bottom of my leg. I shook my leg and I didn't see it. I looked down and it had crawled up to my chest. (Everything felt like it was in slow motion like in a horror movie scene. I just knew it was still on me hahahaha) I squealed then whipped it down by the tub and attacked. My son heard me and came running like what happened Mom. (He seven) It was so cute because he looked like he was ready for battle with his water bottle. I felt bad after the fact because I don't like having to hurt bugs or anything. I just can't have them in my house.
