Ok, this past week I have'nt done really well on my diet. I've been working 12 hour days and going to school 6 hours 2 x's a week. My neighbors have kept me up until 2am for about 9 days and having to be up at 730am I've pretty much have been a zombie lol. I did managed to sleep last night and I'm feeling much better~!! I'm at 203.2 just a little higher but not much~! So, today I'm back on track again and pre planning my meals ~!! It's very hot here in the 90's but I keeping my eye on my Goal~!! We can do this ~! Thanks for all your support~!!! Lets keep it going~!!
