479 calories lunch—> chicken with mung bean sprouts cooked in coconut oil and fresh salad of lettuce, tomatoes, pine nuts and sourdough rusk (with extra virgin olive oil and lemon sauce)! Loved it! A happy meal by all means! 🥳🙇♀️💫

245 calories breakfast: Porridge with almond milk, banana, blueberries, cinnamon and fir honey! 🥳🙇♀️
Tip: Fir honey has high nutritional value, being rich in vitamins, minerals and iron while having a low sugar content! 🏋️♂️
