Party at work today. I did pretty good, but ate more than I would normally for lunch. I didn't eat a lot, but now I feel really bloated. I guess my stomach is getting smaller! :)

Today was a crazy day at work. However, I still managed to have a good lunch and a nice dinner. I went grocery shopping today for the first time after starting my diet. It was actually not as bad as I thought it was going to be. I just didn't even go down the isles that have the stuff that I don't want to eat any more. Really looked at the calorie content and serving size. I feel like I might actually be able to maintain this for a long time.

Ok so today if officially day 4 of my diet. I have to say that I am doing good. I have been trying to stick to 1500 calories per day. I am coming close. I really want to get the calorie thing down before I start working on reducing the carbs. That is my biggest weakness.

So far I am doing really well. I am at work again which helps to keep me on a schedule, and not mindlessly eating at home. I am really proud of myself today. The office staff decided to order breakfast from McDonald's. I did really good and ate what I brought with me. Feeling pretty good about my self today. It doesn't feel as hard as I thought it would be.
