This morning I didn't go to the gym. We came home late due to Anthony's Track Conference Tournament. I didn't get into bed until 1am. When the clock went off at 4:45am I wanted to scream. I was so tired. And, then the kitchen. Not as bad as I thought but, there were dishes left from last night's dinner. Tonight I will go to the gym; take the kids with me. That way I maybe able to journal two workouts tomorrow instead of one. I hope....

Didn't eat dinner like I wanted to last night. Only ate a little; enough for a bird. So, I brought the same for lunch (without the meatloaf which was awesome). Tonight I shall eat as the Queen of the Nile. Chicken... ooowaah yumm.

Day One: I've been working out daily at the gym on the elliptical machine and the treadmill. I've lost three pounds in the past three weeks. Seems slow but, I'm hanging in there.
