Bikram (hot) yoga
I did Bikram yoga for quite a while and while its great for your diet and weight loss it has other great "side effects" Like, feeling happier, soft skin, flexibility and regularity of the body! I love it and will be starting to go again when season picks up for me in the winter! For now I just do yoga at home.
