Rest day today. Total body workout done yesterday with heavy weights. Got a PR of 150 lbs squatting, which at my age makes me feel like a million bucks! Going to stop weighing everyday now, since I'm on the way down. So far keeping sugar in check too.Now to make it past Halloween! LOL

FINALLY! Down 1 lb., but I'll take it. Now they should start to come off fairly regular again. Thanks everyone for your continued support! Love everyone here!

Still no weight change, but I'm really eating a lot better and continuing workouts, so they pounds should start coming off. I tend to do this, and all of a sudden drop several. So still waiting, not beating myself up!
