I know that I said this last week ... but the vaca for watching what I eat has to be over. Way to easy to sldie back into doing nothing and paying the price for it. Time to put the gloves back on and kick fat's ass.

Oh my. I have not stepped on the scale this week. Really scared to tomorrow. The Germans leave in the morning. I have done nothing as far as exercise this week. Food was crazy. They love to eat out and try new American food. Lots and lots of good food. I did resonably well in portion control but lots of bad food. Then went to Houston one day and back the next so bad food choices then and 6 hours sitting on my ass both days. I have lots of work to do to get back on track. Diet vacation officially over!!
