Wight tracking colors
When looking at the graph of weight loss what do the different colored bars mean?

Frustrated
I understand your frustration. My first week I lost 6 I think. Then it’s been about 1-2 a week. Some days I gain a lb and feels like it takes a week to lose that lb. My husband reminds me I didn’t gain it all in a couple months and it’s going to take time to lose it. Are you losing fat but gaining muscle? How do your clothes fit? Are you feeling healthier? Don’t forget to notice all the other ways besides the scale that show your heading in the right direction. I give myself a cheat meal about once a week. Helps me to not feel deprived or all alone when dining with friends…Then I get back on track. So that probably makes weight loss a little slower but keeps me happier. I’m averaging 1.6 lbs a week and everything I read states that’s a healthy amount. Too much too fast and it’s probably ,water weight. Just keep plugging along, try not to be obsessed with the scale…maybe only weight once a week? I’ve noticed when I weigh myself everyday..I could be 1-2 lbs different all during the day so now I just weight in late morning. Seems to be more consistent. And I don’t lose everyday..it might be 3-4 days before I see a loss. Weird. Anyway just try to be patient and celebrate the wins that you notice besides just the scale. Hope you have a great day.
Oh and you’re averaging 1.7lbs a week. That’s actually perfect 👍

When to Weigh
I weigh myself late morning to early afternoon. For some reason my weight is less than in the morning. I don’t eat breakfast. My first meal is around 12-2 depending on when I’m hungry. I suppose you could pick any time..just be consistent

Low Carb with Intermittent Fasting...?
Hi there. I’m new to using this app as well as keto with intermittent fasting. I started March 25th. I’m 57 yo female. I’m trying my best to stick to 70% fat, 20% protein and 10% carbs. I’m doing pretty well. I fast after dinner which is around 6 pm until my lunch the next day. It’s usually about 17-18 hours. I’ve lot 6 lbs so far. I get frustrated on the days I see a 1lb increase but it comes back down a day or two later. My goal is to reach 135lbs. I’m 162 now. I was a real sugar addict. So I’ve been doing great, I haven’t cheated at all 🎉 and I’m not missing my sweets too much and I’m not snacking between meals and I’m not feeling hungry. This does really satisfies me at meals. So far I think one of the biggest positives I’ve noticed is I’m not bloated all the time anymore. The app is helping me to keep on track.

Intermittent Fasting
I do an 18 hour fast. I eat dinner about 6 then I don’t eat till lunch at noon the next day. It varies from day to day. I do drink coffee with butter and swerve in the morning and I drink a big glass of water with lemon, ACV, cinnamon and swerve the rest of the morning. I’m not hungry till lunch. So far it’s working for me. You could also try fasting a couple days a week instead of like I do. You’ll have to decode based on your lifestyle what works for you. Good luck
