Up a bit. Part of the reason I am getting stricter this week. I was probably even higher. System still out of whack since Jan. surgery. I tried 'different' things to see if I could get back on track, and to be honest, I still havent quite figured out the new formula.
I think I may have stumbled across a source of my gastric distress, apples ( I've always had a slight allergy), I found out it was high fodmap. And, I love it in my oatmeal! But I will be eliminating it for a bit and adding additiinal low fodmap foods into the mix. We are finally getting nice FL strawberries transported north. We shall see if low fodmap helps! It's still about CICO, but it's hard to get those calories out when your gut has been rebelling!
Weigh-in:

lost so far:
14.8 lb
still to go:
15.2 lb
Diet followed reasonably well

Had my mammogram and passed! Something I dread because I'm always concerned about the outcome, but something I need to do again, because I'm concerned about the outcome.
Ladies, if it's been more than a year, I highly encourage you to have your mammogram! There are a lot of free resources out there if $ is an issue, call your local clinic to learn your options. Not leaving out the boys. I think men feel more of a stigma about breast cancer. If you have any lumps, bumps, family history or concerns please get checked.
Until next year...
In the meantime taking a month off of drink, lowering inflammation (learning about low fodmaps) and need to add exercise back in the mix. Weather hear has been cold, rainy and windy, I will get there.

I see a lot of people on here having remorse because they get stressed, or are busy so they grab 'whatever' or stop somewhere for comfort food.
I always keep egg whites (Bob Evan's from the grocery store) in the fridge. In a pinch I can make a quick omelet either with just a little cheese and salsa (something I also always have on hand). I also often throw in some random veg or leftovers.
Does anyone else have some healthy staples on hand for a quick grab and go they would like to share? IMHO the more we have, the better! Thanks for all of your support!

Not weighing myself right now b/c of health issues. But, I'm logging. This morning dropped the dog at daycare, went to Dunks. Got a hot coffee (no sugar or cream, just milk) and a jelly donut. And I liked it! I enjoyed it. Won't be a habit but my cals just over 300, I can eat healthy for the rest of the day and take a vitamin. What can I say? Nothing to say - just a quick dip of the reigns, not a complete fall off the horse and yum!
Happy Tues. FS Peeps! 🍩
