Back to work and stress. My oldest is back in school, and I need to make healthier meals. I try hard every day, but sometimes I just hate having to watch what I eat. I wish I could eat anything, and not have to think about it. The I remember watching Big Medicine on TLC, and seeing those people who weigh so much try so hard and still have to have the surgery, and I just put what ever it is that is bothering me out of my head.

I hate the holidays!!!! I have been running so much, that I just pick up whatever is around. I haven't be exercising as much I can either. I know that now that the craziness is over, I can get back on track.

I am still losing/maintaining. I have been do realatively wel considering everyone brings in candy and cookies to work for the holidays.

I kept the same weight for over a week. I know I gained over the holiday, but I just worked extra hard to get it off.

I finally made it!!! I stepped on the scale this morning, and 3 years of hard work has paid off. Granted, I had a baby inbetween, but I made it. I started 3 years ago at 186 pounds, and wanted to be 160 pounds by Christmas. I found out I was pregnant on December 16th, so I didn't make it that year. No, I am 12 pounds under that goal. I feel so great, I am healthier, happier, and I am setting a good example for my kids.
