Hi journal!! Its been a while since I've written in here. I seriously need to update that profile photo!!
I have lost a few more pounds. I got stuck for a while but I finially broke through the barrier and am down to 192. However, while stuck behind the huge wall to weight loss, I did manage to lose 4 inches to my waist line and several more inches over the rest of my body. Strange how it does that.
I am up to running two miles a day now. I'm walking two miles a day also. Love it.
My husband will be switching shifts to evening shift soon. So I will probably go back to some sort of exercise program like P90x, or a combination of running, walking, and various workouts from P90x. I really enjoy the weight lifting.
Anyway, getting close every day. I'm hoping to make a little faster progress now that summer is pretty well over and the kids and myself will be back on a more secure schedule. :) Hopefully I wont get invited to any more cookouts. LOL.. I can't resist those!!
