Just doing some work lunch preparation for the next week so I can hopefully start losing again. One is chicken salad using blended cottage cheese. The next is tuna salad also using blended cottage cheese. Next will be egg salad also using the. blended you guessed it cottage cheese.

Honestly I haven't weighed myself in awhile mostly because I know it's going to be bad I haven't been eating right and my clothes are getting tight. Got to get back to it. My digestive system is all out of wack. New shift hours at work so I am getting more sleep and more physical activity so if I just can get back to eating right it should come off again. But menopause makes it hard this time around. My old shift I would be lucky if I slept 5 hours a night now I get at least 7.
