Wahoo! Carefully recording each meal works for me. My hip issues might really be spine irregularities. MRI is next. I'm still instructed to be careful with my exercise routine, limited to short, flat walks for now.
It will be tough to get down to 151, but I CAN DO THIS! ❤️

We'll, I'm back again! My entire life has taken a major turn. And I've put on about 12 lbs since my trip to England in April '23.
I met my highschool sweetheart for my first inn-to-inn walk. Now, over a year later, I've moved to the East Coast and married him!! I couldn't be happier.
