My doctor recommended that I get on the Adkins Plan, to my utter shock! Most docs suggest Weight Watchers from what I've heard. But .. I do have quite a bit to lose, and I know Adkins allows you to lose weight - FAST. So many this is what she was thinking. Whatever the case, I've been trying to do Weight Watchers; even joined for a yr and found myself struggling so much to stay on track. My biggest problem are my cravings. I tried the Adkins once before and recall losing about a pound a DAY; so I know this will work well for me. I also recall never feeling hungry doing the Adkins. I had to force myself to eat.
I'm just heading out the door now, to get my week supply of veggies and stuff.
