I biked over 28 miles (over 45km) yesterday and lifted at the gym.
Kept my calories around 2200, drank lots of water.

Had a great day for fitness. Walked to the gym and worked chest, shoulders and triceps.
Came home, had a meeting for work, studied, then went for an hour bike ride in a freezing headwind. More than half the ride I was either fighting a headwind or climbing uphill. I worked hard enough that I didn't feel cold anymore.
Then ate some chicken and soup.

Had a mild cheat day: Banh mi with beef and egg for breakfast and dinner with my Vietnamese in-laws.
