Rest day.
Not bad stats for having several weeks out of 6/7 months being sidelined (so probably more around 4 1/2 months of activity on iFit read). Shows consistency.
Gained quick on elevation doing the Kilimanjaro program.

3.6 miles done before 6:30. A few more miles tonight. Hubby is coming up with a few workouts for when I’m lifting on Monday.

What they had planned verses what I had planned. Chalk it up to a higher RPE. Their 6 is my 2-3 so I can push harder. Not breaking records but I’m active. Still not running...I’ll get there again.

Provided all goes to plan in 1 week I can start lifting again! Only 5 pounds to start then 10 the following week and so forth. I have to scale down if it becomes too much. Nerve damage was repaired by connecting it. Yay and all that. 🎉🏋️♂️
Now not so fun but funny too..
It was strongly implied by a student doctor who was with my doctor that I was losing too much weight and he’s seen women of “my age” becoming more prone to eating disorders. He tells me that losing 8 pounds in a week was not healthy. I guess I looked confused because he read off my weight then tells me today was 8 pounds less. Hmm, okay. They took my weight 3 days after my surgery (and in the afternoon) and this morning. So I was a bit sarcastic in tone and said “Well, duh! I was holding onto fluids from the surgery and last appointment was late afternoon. My true weight is 148.” He looked at my doctor and my doctor just laughed and said “She’s fine. We weigh her every visit.” 🤦🏻♀️😂

PSA:
—-Pumpkin Spice season has arrived.——
My first pumpkin spice latte this morning. I always get it regular the first day it’s out before I switch to nonfat and no whip. Mainly because it’s just way too sugary for me. Cuts into my calories for the day but I’m okay with that. Worth it for me.
Oh and I did workout some. Only a couple miles so far but planning on a few more when Evelyn goes for a nap (or I may nap too).
