The 2 older littles have just started learning Jiu Jitsu and daddy is picking it back up. 5 days a week.
I’m on the fence about joining the adult beginner class or taking kick boxing.
Going to take a week in each to see which I prefer. Whichever class I choose, I’ll be burning.
Kids are also now on summer break so we’ll be doing daily walking trips to the park near us. Zoo trips planned for every other week. We cover a lot of miles here.
In addition to my post workout baby spinach meal...Ritz crackers with crunchy peanut butter. Of course the littlest little took some off my plate.

Fresh baby spinach (4 cups), thin sliced deli turkey (4 slices), and mustard (instead of dressing) has been my go-to food of choice after working out for a a couple of weeks. Not entirely certain why but it’s been a craving. *Nah, not pregnant, before I’m asked. Probably due to the more summer type weather here so not wanting to cook.
Not many calories in post workout but filling and tasty. I’ll amp up the food later. ‘Cause that’s what I do.
Workout Run, hike, then finished up with weights.
Pizza Friday is a given.

Been awhile. Thanks to those who popped by to say hello. I took more time away and challenged myself to continue on this path. Down to 141-ish. Size 4. Still working out. Food front: Indulging without overindulging. I won’t be on all the time but I’ll post when I’m around. Hi to everyone. 👋
