I am not sure which attempt this is to lose the weight but here I go again. I know Atkins works for me I just don't keep working it. I will do better this time. I stopped 20 lbs from where I started last time...you would think I would learn :(

Butter substitute
I eat butter...I enjoy it everyday and my weight and blood glucose are going down...its probably better for you then any substitues.

Not a diet
So many of us have been off and on this merry-go-round more then once. It has to be a lifestyle change and not a temporary diet...if we go back to eating like we did we end up looking like we did. Its not easy but waking up each day struggling to lose that weight isnt easy either. 😨
