Dad of 4 so my hand are full, used to be big into working out and exercising but took the past 3 years off for no real good reason. my weight blew up and I could feel its effects on me. December 2019 I decided to get back into the gym and February 2020 I decided to update and track my meals.... my goal is to be in the greatest shape of my life by the end of 2020. lofty goal but got to give it a try.
