O.K I’m dead!!!! P90x just killed me!!! lol. Chest, Shoulders, and triceps.

This morning I woke up at 8:00 am. I did 20 minutes of yoga, and 30 minutes of bible reading, and ate a fruit salad (mango, strawberry, banana, orange) w/ green tea and a bottle of water. I ran errands for two hours. and ate half a subway pizza. It is currently 1:51pm and I will eat a vegetable snack at 3:30pm

This morning I woke up at 9:00. I scrambled an egg with shallots, bell pepper and garlic. I added a slice of ham and made a sandwich with natures own multigrain sandwich rounds. I drank a bottle of water and ate an orange. I went to the gym and walked for an hour and stretched afterwards for ten.
I missed lunch because I went to the grocery store. I also had to make a stop at mcdonalds for my husband so I got about 5 strawberries washed them off and ate them. I proud because I didn’t even eat a fry. Right now it is 3:08 and I’m doing housework. I’m eating popcorn so I won’t starve myself. Later I plan to eat a chicken salad. Not quite sure what I will add…..gotta get to work!

Ive prepared my dinner. I’m doing an all vegetable and fruit day. My dinner: egg plant tomato and mozzarella. Steamed green beans w/ sea salt. Steamed yams with cinnamon and nutmeg. Green tea. I may even include sauteed okra but I will see.
