It's the Middle of Winter, Been Sick for Three Days, Now Where Do I Begin Again?
Your response is appreciated.
I've been doing Jillian Michaels' 30-Day Shred. I worked my way up through Day-9 of Level-2, then fell sick from the winter. I was fully sick for three days and have finally resumed some normalcy on day-4. All I ate was a lot of energy bars and salty snacks...I know..I know...,and took on a lot of fluids as well due to dehydration.
So here's where I need your help...
When I return to my workouts tomorrow, should I continue where I left off, and just consider it as Day-10 of Level-2, which means the following day would result in the immediate upgrade to Day-1 of Level-3, and the complete change of workout to boot? Or, should I do something like "snow days" at school? Something like, Re-Do Days 6,7,8 and 9, so as to "pre-qualify" the new Day-10?
Anyone else deal with this before?
How did you you resolve it?
Thanx!

can past weight be recorded
I know that you can enter weights for dates earlier than the date you're entering the data by clicking on Weigh In Now and then on Enter Historical Weights. But I've only done this for dates after my FatSecret account was created, not before. You might want give it a try. It might work. Congratulations for joining and Good Luck on your goals.

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
Each morning is the goal, although sometimes I'm in an unnecessary hurry (something imposed by my employer to which I have no control), but ALWAYS Post- "Morning Constitution", -Morning Routine (Workout) and -Shower, and Pre-Breakfast, so as to achieve a regular basis for accounting for weight differences and changes. This allows me the opportunity to reflect on the previous days food and activities in terms of, "What is the cause of this weight change?...fat weight?, food weight? or fluid weight?", and determine what I may need to do differently today to adjust for this change in order to stay, or get back, on track toward my goal.

Weigh-in Error Message - Anyone else?
This may be helpful, I hope. Each time I enter an update with the app I immediately follow by going into the menu and click the "Sync" button. Then I go straight to the .com website and click on the "Refresh" button at the top of the page after which I see my app update. I am new to F/S, but so far this has indeed worked every time. Good luck on your successes.
